Such a classic cocktail, it’s the perfect way to welcome your guests during any time of the year - but especially on New Year’s Eve.

French 75

2 shots Gin
3/4 shot of lemon juice
3/4 shot of simple syrup
2 shots of sparkling wine
lemon strip garnish

Put gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker glass filled with ice. Shake for 20 seconds. Pour into a flute glass and top with sparkling wine. Wrap a strip of thin lemon garnish (from a citrus peeler) over a chopstick to make it curly, and dunk it into the glass. Enjoy! xx
