San Fran Shop Crush: Lavish

One of my favourite little neighbourhoods is Hayes Valley; in particular a couple of blocks where Hayes and Octavia Blvd. intersect. After a tub-size cafe au lait at La Boulange, I go about my merry ritual of walking the 500 block of Hayes - a street lined with some fabulous independent boutiques that range from high end interior decor to hand-made leather goods and quirky lighting. 

I always stop at Lavish - a tiny shop of gifts, accessories and modest, but fun selection of clothing. As it is getting closer to Christmas, I couldn't resist getting a few ornaments for the tree back home.
