A Fall Visit to the Fraser Valley in British Columbia

I recently had an opportunity to visit the Fraser Valley area, specifically Abbotsford, Harrison Hot Springs and Harrison Mills, to check out what the new Fall season has to offer in terms of outdoor experiences. I went on a boat tour of Harrison Lake that ended up in discovering a secret waterfall; spent a couple hours Forest Bathing in the heart of Harrison; explored historic downtown Abbotsford; and spent some cathartic 'me' time in the orchard, pumpkin fields and goat cuddling at two family farms.
