The weather in Vancouver is now finally warming up during the day but it can still get quite chilly at night. When this happens, I usually call on my trusty jumpsuit when I head out for the night. Still keeping most of me covered (i.e., warm), it's a great way to dress up without actually wearing a dress. And the whole off-the-shoulder thing nudges it into the fancy category without trying too hard.

This particular jumpsuit is one of my favourites, from local designer Obakki. I picked it up several years ago at their legendary annual warehouse sale that people line up for hours in advance. It pairs well with my black suede fringe sandals from BCBG Max Azria. I also love bringing along my latest acquisition from Paris, a faux fur, faux leather moto jacket that I picked up in a tiny shop in the 2e arrondissement, to keep me warm during chilly evenings. Rounding out the look is this beautiful vintage necklace that I picked up from The Salvation Army.

Here's to warmer weather so that I can start peeling off the layers some more!
