Dinner by Design
IDSWest 2015 is the one big event that all interior designers in Western Canada get excited about each year. This year was no different, and part of the excitement comes from the various parties (and afterparties) that occur before and during the event. One example of such a party is the glamorous Monogram Dinner by Design Gala, put together by The Social Concierge, who are also the brains (and beauty) behind the annual Vancouver Diner en Blanc. This exclusive dinner is only open to 150 people, many of whom are powerhouses in the world of design. The beauty of the evening was not only found among the glitterati present but really focused on the many dining installations that were set up at the CBC Vancouver facility where the event was located. Each attendee was assigned to a table while live entertainment filled the room with music. The dinner itself was a feast of multiple courses with wine pairing, created by The Savoury Chef. The Vancouverite was there this past week and here are some photos from that fantastic evening.
