You've often heard the saying: The early bird catches the worm. That phrase can be applied to anything, but is even more important when it comes to getting great deals and special gifts during the holiday shopping season. If you're one of the organized and eager few who want to get a head start on your holiday shopping, then head over to LOCAL, a curated pop-up taking place in Vancouver's Armoury District (neighbourhood for all things design) at 1805 Fir Street. From November 20-29th, shop for specialty products designed and made by local artisans that were carefully selected by Designers Collective. Tina Dhillon and Brooke Hatfield of Designers Collective are an interior designer/architect team, passionate about shedding light on things made in Vancouver and to promote the idea of shopping locally to supporting our Vancouver's economy. 

A bonus is that yours truly will be at the Designers Collective as part of Joue Design, who will be one of the artisans featured at LOCAL! Come by and say 'hi'!
